Frequently Asked Questions
Will servicing my car with you preserve the manufacturer's warranty?
Yes - EU law guarantees that servicing at an independent workshop does not void the warranty, provided the manufacturer's procedures and intervals are followed and parts of comparable quality are used. We record services in the service book (including digital ones) and issue full documentation.
How is your service different from a regular workshop?
We combine mechanics with advanced diagnostics and electronics expertise - every repair ends with the adaptations, calibrations and parameter checks a modern car requires. Swapping parts isn't enough these days: timing gear, injectors, a DPF or a clutch all need correct programming.
Do you use genuine parts?
We fit OE parts or OEM-grade equivalents (from first-fit suppliers) - always with a prior quote and your approval. On request we fit genuine dealer parts. We don't fit the cheapest substitutes, because that's a false economy.
Do you specialise in particular makes?
Our strong suit is BMW, the VAG group and Mercedes, but we service all makes - including hybrids and EVs. We have dealer-level diagnostics for most European manufacturers.
How do I book and how long is the wait?
Call or write via the form - we'll give a preliminary quote and book a slot. Standard jobs are done within a few days; "urgent" diagnostics often the same day. We accept the car with a condition report and keep you informed of progress.
Do you replace timing gear, clutches, dual-mass flywheels?
Yes - that's our bread and butter, including drives requiring locking tools and specialist equipment (BMW/VAG chains, PSA/Ford wet belts). After every replacement we perform the required adaptations and a road test with parameter checks.
